@svpino As an Engineering Manager with a team of 3 or more engineers I've been doing this for years.
Check compliance to patterns, check domain application, spot check code.
Now I use another agent to check the patterns and code
@mark_sonter@ellymelly That's how elections are lost. They don't want to lose jobs and will verhermently fight and polical who would do this - look at what happend to @CampbellNewman in Queensland
@madskristensen When you have a solution (sln or sln) but working with Markdown documents not in a project, or any file not in a project. Lots of Markdown via VS Code. Planning docs in Windsurf
@DannyFlex225@unclebobmartin Two days with the source code? What would a human developer do with access to the full source code? If not 2 days but not 3 months to reproduce when you know the domain
@unclebobmartin@YouTube In Australia, unless I am charging using Solar, gas is cheaper than electricity. I have a plug-in hybrid for this reason and for distance in remote regions (with no chargers)
@redpillb0t He may work in finance, but had never worked in a bank. The actual terms are "accrued daily, charged monthly" Each day you accrue interest on the balance of your account. Once a month they charge that to your account, so the compounding only occurs if at all monthly.
@PedroDias420195 I use VS 2026 and it's great. The only thing I use VS Code for is the Markdown docs in the file system (ones not in the solution). I do not use Rider, biggest thing is no docking Windows outside the main window and no saved windows layout!!
@Dhanush_Nehru Principal Software Engineer, our company supports moving in higher levels of engineering withouy having to move to management or Architecture.
@Dhanush_Nehru So I must be "no software engineer then" 🤷. 56 and actually have 40 years experience (yes I wrote software at 16 not as a project or school assessment)
