Then I got a call at 5:30 that my cab has arrived. In the mean time there is no such link on the app through which I can connect to the main direct customer care.The only request to the app is to please improve the service level and maintain customer trust as earlier it was.

Now it seems that blue cab service has also fallen on par with others. Till 6 months ago, service of blue was at very high level, nowadays its service level has fallen a lot I am blindly using blue cab for the last one and half year for my daughter's coaching
