The Utah Jazz have now gotten in more trouble for not playing players enough minutes in a basketball game, and having a player try to voluntarily coach an exhibition basketball game, than the LA Clippers got for cheating the salary cap, and illegally getting a player to sign with their team.
Adam Silver just sucks at his job every single day.
What a horrible look for Cody Campbell, Ken Paxton, Texas Tech’s President and Board, and the rest of the Texas Tech administration. Not even the Lubbock Walmart has enough towels to wipe all the egg off their faces.
Not that you need a PR team. You seem to be a “no one tells me what to do” guy.
But, I do think people were dumb enough to believe this charade of yours was all about “saving college sports” until the last 72 hours or so.
Now you just seem like a rich dude breaking stuff cause you can.
I’ve never had an issue paying players- above or under the table. It is what is. But you can’t bet on your own sport & team as a CFB player. That sets a very dangerous precedent. No other way to say it. I’m not saying he can’t have an NFL career but there has to be some meaningful punishment here.
Unless you’re an Epstein criminal, a politician committing treason on behalf of Israel, insider trading, invested in data centers, working for Pfizer, part of the military industrial complex, or named Jared Kushner. Otherwise, Kash Patel will find you if you betray this country.
I'm about as pro-player as a college football fan can get and I can safely say that Sorsby getting an injunction to play would be one of the worst developments in the history of college sports. There's basically one rule in sports that matters and he broke it repeatedly.
This is embarrassing.
Basically Adam Silver doesn’t think the NBA has a flopping problem and they aren’t going to do anything about it.
The NBA is encouraging the problem by dismissing it as “selling calls” and being ok with that. Complete failure as a commissioner.
Maybe the single most egregiously officiated game I’ve ever seen…
Made this little compilation from last nights Thunder/Spurs game of all the calls that went OKC’s way courtesy of @Rate_the_Refs.
I’m still baffled. Each one is worse than the previous. What is the @NBA doing?
God bless Thomas Massie.
He walks out of this with his honor intact. He’s a patriot & kept his integrity.
As long as the voters give their votes to whoever can run the most ads we will have politicians who are purchased by foreign governments & corporate interests.
Roger Goodell giving the chargers primetime games against teams with massive fanbases every single year so the broadcast can talk about how the chargers have no fans for 3 hours straight
They really think that the Jazz would just willy-nilly trade a dude who did THIS in an NBA game at just 19-years old, to move up one spot in the draft
🤨
Stop the nonsense
