@juliusilg I was involved in a similar venture. We also had an MVP, but breaking into the market is incredibly difficult: Even if you offer a much simpler or better solution. The big players don’t have the "distribution problem," ....

@philkellr That’s an interesting observation. One possible reason could be that many startups in Switzerland focus primarily on the local market or at best, the DACH region, rather than aiming for global expansion. May also a missing mindset towards „thinking big“ as in other ecosystems.
