“To the world” and to Neil and Terry. To Douglas, Michael, David, and all the other wonderful people involved in the series. To my husband, Tom. To creativity. To representation and fandom. To seeing the good in humanity. To love. @neilhimself@michaelsheen@drmuig#GoodOmens
Happy Halloween, @NoahKahan! Thanks for inspiring me to learn how to play guitar and how to draw on a beard. (I’m mediocre at both but had fun.) #noahkahan#stickseason#halloween
@KenJennings Teachers are working incredibly hard to make remote learning as engaging, challenging, and meaningful as they can while also managing life in a pandemic, their own families, budget cuts, and confusing messages from admin. I hope you appreciate their efforts.
@JohnCleese, thank you for Fawlty Towers! I grew up watching with my family. We’re currently all isolated in separate houses, but I’m rewatching (and catching jokes I missed as a kid) and it led to a big nostalgic conversation that made us all smile. Hope you are safe and well!
@SirPatStew “See, even Macbeth himself has trouble with Shakespeare’s language sometimes.” 😁 I’m sure it will give them a laugh and encourage them to push through the challenge. Thank you, again, for giving us light in these dark times.
@SirPatStew I knew they would love to finish the play and know what happened, so we’ve continued the unit digitally. But even with Zoom office hours and my recorded video lessons, some are struggling to understand Shakespeare on their own. I plan to share this video with them on Monday.
@JimOHeir Thank you, Mr. O’Heir! Parks and Rec holds a special place in my heart, and hearing such a lovely message of science-based advice, inside jokes, and genuine kindness made me tear up. You helped me get through another day in self-quarantine. Thank you. Stay healthy. ❤️
