@CenturyLink each time I have called to schedule they assure me someone will come and that I need to be home ALL DAY. For this. So I have had to take multiple days off for them to no show and then suddenly tell me there’s additional work that needs to be done that was never

@CenturyLink mentioned previously on the 4 other calls I have made to them about this. All they said is it’s up to the tech team and they can’t give me a date or make up for their misinformation and scheduling. This is why I have heard borrow stories about them&they won’t fix it.
