@_alialkhatib this happened to me but with glass in the face post car crash! could literally feel a sharp shard under my skin but doc said ‘scar tissue’ 1 day post crash. thankfully dad demanded x ray and lo. also 21 yrs after this a suture popped out of my skin from the glass removal surgery
