okay so i’m confused. schools cannot make masks mandatory, but they can force someone to wear a jacket/sweatshirt if the straps on a tank top are not wide enough. if the student doesn’t cover up they’re sent home or in trouble. so how can masks not be mandatory during a pandemic?
