Cassie Foley

[Ocean Spartans Softball @OceanSoftball]

Cassie Foley is among the Asbury Park Press's 100 Players to Watch in 2024
Ocean may have underachieved last season with a 7-14 record, but they have a promising group of returning underclassmen. Foley hit .371 with 15 RBIs and a team-high four home runs last year.

One of my at bats from this weekend! 🥎🥎🥎

[Ocean Spartans Softball @OceanSoftball]

The Spartans bowed to Holmdel 15 to 5 in an A-Central matchup that went the distance. Cassie Foley blasted a 2-run homer and Lana Rudolph flashed some leather at short while starting pitcher Gigi Napolitano pitched better than the final score would indicate.🥎🥎🥎@ShoreConfSB

The Spartans battled but dropped the opening round game of the Blue Division of the Monmouth County Tournament to the top seed Middletown North Lions by a score of 12 to 6. Cassie Foley tripled with the bases loaded while Jillian Scotto pitched well in defeat.🥎🥎🥎@ShoreConfSB

The never say die Spartans rallied from deficits of 5 to 1 and 10 to 6 to edge Shore Regional 11 to 10 in walk-off fashion in an A-Central thriller. Thanks to those fans who cheered the team on to victory.🥎🥎🥎@ShoreConfSB

Cassie Foley hammered her first career home run while Jillian Scotto fired a no-hitter to record her first career win as the Spartans downed Rumson 11 to 1. Ava Scotto turned in the defensive play of the game to preserve the no-hitter.🥎🥎🥎@ShoreConfSB
