@friendcalled_5 @parcelforce Agree but they are saying I can do that so I can get my parcel today & then I’ll have to go online & claim the money back, only problem is, I’ve already checked & I won’t be able to do that as I’m not the one who paid for the original postage so it doesn’t allow me to claim!

I’ve just had my phone grabbed out my hands by 3 boys wearing balaclavas on bikes (Finchley Road & Canfield gardens). They laughed as I shouted to drop it. Im in shock but am insured & privileged. Others are less lucky. Help me find these people & stop them (financial reward).
