📌 Next year, take your healthy life more seriously
1. Register at a gym
2. If you can’t, jog or walk more.
3. Fast sometimes.
4. Don’t diagnose yourself of depression while you only broke

6. Use healthier oils: olive oil, avocado oil, or coconut oil.
7. Reduce or ditch bread.
8. Ditch instant noodles.
9. Ditch fast food.
10. Visit farms every 4 weeks and eat organic food straight from the source.
11. Don’t cheat on your partner.
12. Don’t borrow money for susu—if you don’t have it, don’t do it.
