@gvtcontractor This is a tragedy of the commons
You might think that avoiding new grads is good for business

What happens if companies only trade staff and never hire new grads?
What happens if this is sustained for 20 years?
Where do all those new grads go?
@quartrbackquant@raskolnikov1800@Skylar1k@MrMaitra Of course, he should've strapped on his internship helmet and squeezed into his internship cannon and fired off into internship land, where internships grow on internshippies
@raskolnikov1800@Skylar1k@MrMaitra That probably has something to do with the fact that no one will hire him
He can't get a job because he doesn't have experience because he can't get a job because he doesn't have experience because he can't get a job because he doesn't have experience because...
@ShaooSky@zectrillionaire I could maybe understand why you'd say something like this if you're from the USA, but saying there's been no increase in youth unemployment as a Canadian is hysterical
@ChadStull7079@phumer Respect is a two way street, but sadly most employers will fight tooth and nail to say it never was. They made their bed, now they can lie in it
@Ambient_Zerk the label on #3 being the one true label is the only case that doesn't lead to a contradiction. So the label on #1 must be false, so the treasure must be behind door #1
@Hijinksss@ggsarzi The reason bots farm trading cards is actually even funnier. There are people who have spent tens, hundreds of thousands, some even over a million, buying trading cards to craft badges to level up their steam profile. There is literally a multi-million dollar industry here.
@MutantShrimp Except artists clearly think not being an artist is a bad thing, it's why they use "nonartist" as an insult towards ai users so frequently
