TINIO TO SENATORS: "WAG PROTEKTAHAN, WAG KANLUNGIN SI BATO"

ACT Teachers Party-list Rep. Antonio Tinio urged senators not to shield Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa.

He warned that blocking the implementation of a “legitimate international warrant” could amount to obstruction of justice, stressing that institutions like the Senate should not be used to protect officials facing serious accusations.

“Hindi pwedeng gamitin ito para protektahan ang mga may mabigat na sala,” Tinio said.

Tinio called on the Senate and its members to surrender Dela Rosa “in the name of justice.”
