No customer service!!! Your lack of effort to try to even make things right is even more disappointing than the fact that then then 31/2 hr delay and one hour wait for my bag!! If you want to make things right, I would start by offering me some kind for my time lost and stresses!

#american airlines!! So disappointed and upset with my flight and customer service experience!! Not only was my flight delayed leaving Denver for 3 hours, I get to dfw at 12:10am and then have to wait until 1am for my bags!

Another Alaska airlines disappointment. After 6 1/2 hour delay last night, then cancelled. I got booked on the first flight in the morning. Delayed again!! Finally on the flight to have ride flight attendants that really don’t care to help anyone #alaskaairlines

Heading back home on an Alaska Airlines, not happy with service and the time it takes to reply to a customer. I paid for an upgrade on my flight and the tv, seat , ac and light didn’t work...not happy at all.. @alaska airlines
