As a former teacher, I agree with these. Napakahirap maging guro. Bawasan ang gawain (forms/paper works), if possible, kaya ng budget, hire teacher's assistant, More seminars lalo sa mga bagong guro, additional salary. Hope mabigyan pansin to ni VP Sara as DepEd Sec ❤️💚
