This x2 multiplier for using L0 post Snapshot #1 is wierd

1. Almost Nobody pushed tx post snap because they didn’t want scrutiny on their addy during the hunting phase
2. Stargate v2 eliminated aggregators which most use as muscle memory

If you really wanna reward multipliers to loyal & durable users, why not reward someone who used L0 over months (maybe 12+ months?)

The paranoia of not using L0 until the Sybil hunt was over was real and most didn't touched it
