@ShivrattanDhil1 But is this how water would actual get added to petrol in regular usage. Your car tank is fully sealed and moisture might get soaked in small quantity when it is opened. You are not going pour in water in this fashion.

@EconomicTimes Isnt this just an extension of problem in cities, everyone has to go in a car because alternative public transport options are so broken and provide no end to end convience

If you understand all factors impacting property market and can predict movement in next 2-3 years ,plus are sure of your income ,then sure why not. Otherwise lots of folks are stuck with 'investment' in luxury apartment that didn't complete

@jawharsircar Maybe there are practical reasons like limited office space in old buildings. Newer multiple stories building will provide many fold office space. No need to move govt buildings to outskirts/Noida/gurgoan
