Kevin played 46 times for the Republic of Ireland men's national team scoring nine times. One of those was famously Ireland’s first ever goal in the World Cup finals when he scored the equaliser in the 1-1 draw against England in Cagliari at Italia ’90.

We are delighted to announce that Kevin Sheedy will be coming to Brinny on Saturday 17th September with the rest of the Republic of Ireland legends. Kevin replaces Tony Cascarino who unfortunately cannot now attend.

The Castlelack FC Academy for children born in the years from 2012 to 2017 returns this Saturday. As with last year, we will be running two sessions as follows: 1.30 to 2.15 for boys and girls born 2015-2017 and 2.30 - 3.30 for children born 2012 - 2014.
