@LNER shambles!! Pre booked tickets for the 13.00 To Edinburgh well in advance to ensure seats for 2 families (with young children) arrived at kingsX to find out train no longer exists? After badgering many clueless staff to find out 1pm & 1.30 trains cancelled! No notice given!!

@LNER Booked direct with LNER, no email received! Staff member in station when asked “I don’t know it was on the board a minute ago” surely staff should be aware of any changes/cancellations made? To be told “oh it must be terminating at Newcastle now” not helpful!!
