Follow-up @AmericanAir's mess-up:
My luggage is in DFW on the plane I was supposed to be on, while I'm stranded in Orlando. How does that make any sense?
How do you cancel a flight for passengers and then fly that same plane anyway?
My bags have made it farther than I have.
Hey @AmericanAir, flight AA2097 has now been cancelled why string us along for so many hours with delays if you can just cancel it. Now its impossible to find a replacement flight. Definitely going to miss our dance recital tomorrow that we paid $500+ dollars preparing for.
@AmericanAir@FlyFrontier@AmericanAir $140 Recital Cost, $30 per class for 12 weeks, $120 in seats to watch my daughter dance. All gone for nothing on top of a $784.20 dollar flight from yall that gets delayed so far for almost 4 hours.
Hey @AmericanAir, flight AA2097 has now been delayed multiple times due to maintenance issues. EXACT same thing happened on my way to MCO for flight AA2186 on Sunday June 7th. Should have just flown @FlyFrontier like my in-law they only got delayed 30 minutes.
@AmericanAir Passengers shouldn't bear the burden of repeated delays, shifting departure times. This flight has been delayed for hours, and I am travelling with a two year old with a dance recital tomorrow morning. What is American Airlines doing to make affected passengers whole?
