@helptobuy your customer service team is shocking. Twice I’ve sent emails and not had a reply and when trying to ring I’ve been on hold for an hour or more. Sort it out!
@HMRCcustomers I’m trying to help my mum sort a name change. She tried to do it online but it won’t verify it. back on hold again - 40 mins in again. Hoping the next person who answers is more helpful!
@HelloFreshUK what do you do when your delivery tracking says delivery due between 13:30-15:30 and it is now 17:09 and no sign of it.. and you can’t contact evri to chase up this evenings tea delivery🤯😭
@KFC_UKI_Help KFC lancaster is shocking.. just picked up my order… where is the lettuce in my zinger burger.. and the rest of my order was missing despite asking them if it was in there and being told “yes, I remember putting it in there” 🤯🤯🤯🤯
@RoyalMail what’s the point in using “Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm” - when it’s nearly 2 o’clock and its not here yet. I’ve been sat in waiting all day!
