@Barclaycard Is there an issue with statements on the app? Since getting the app 6 months ago, I've never had a statement. I have to log into a/c on my laptop. I've tried the chat a few times and no one can help. They said the tech team are investigating. Still nothing!

@British_Airways Please can someone reply to my request for compensation after BA cancelled my flight in July. My request & receipts were submitted in July 2023. I've received 3 automated emails saying you are looking into it but no reply. It has been 16 weeks! #britishairways
@British_Airways Thanks for your reply. Yes I have a case number. I messaged the chat bot on 8 Oct. It said Iโm in the queue but given no estimate how long Iโd be waiting. Iโve checked the bot just now (6 Nov), -itโs the same auto response - & yes Iโve checked my junk folder.
