im sorry but is your only defense to insult people???? im just going based on what ive seen from 102829372827181 other matches and somehow now the rules book have changed😂 make it make sense to me. many goals were not counter due to mistakes like this. i am aware that the player that eventually scored was on-side but the other dude clearly wasnt and he clearly was trying to reach the ball as well so he was trying to interfere

i may not be the biggest football expert but from what ive seen from matches the past 5-10 years, they have never been really involved and it still counted as off side- especially the player right next to him that was slightly one step ahead at first before freeman came in and hit the ball w his head
