13 days and counting – still CAN’T log in to the app on my Rizta (delivered 9th Oct).
Paid full for Pro Pack, but zero features working because my number isn’t updated in your system??
Raised first complaint on 17th Nov – zero update.
@atherenergy It has been more than a week now, and the app is still neither opening properly nor connecting to my scooter.the problem remains exactly the same.
