BREAKING: Donald Trump gives the WORST excuse ever for leaving his supporters with empty stomachs after promising to pay for “food for everyone” at a Cuban restaurant shortly after he was arraigned at a federal Miami courthouse. In a statement, Trump shamelessly declared that he ONLY “offered to buy food” for almost a hundred Trump supporters “INSIDE of the restaurant,” but when he “left,” the “attendees followed” him “outside and did not place orders themselves.” Even worse, Trump bragged that his campaign DID pay for their OWN to-go-meals that they purchased. What a pathetic excuse. Trump was only there for a whole TEN minutes. In other words, in Trump’s eyes, his supporters who cheered him on and went outside to wave him goodbye after he promised “food for all” before abruptly leaving the restaurant should have known that he meant that he would ONLY pay for their food if they ordered it during the brief ten minutes that he was there. In typical Trump fashion, he left his own supporters hungry, and the restaurant servers confused, at the Cuban restaurant while he, his indicted coconspirator, and his team scarfed down their to-go orders in the car. Another day, another broken promise by Trump — followed by yet another pathetic excuse to save face.
