@pete71135 The funnier parts is all the TSLA dumbfucks acting like the re-invented travel by automobile.
Fucks sake my ancient Ford Ranger can do that too, amazing
@Bitfinexed I hope you're right just for the raw salt factor from all of these BTC maxi's who see zero irony in cheering on a decentralized digital commodity to be silo'd and closed off again by the hedge funds and governments.
@lolvevo721 @llamaonthebrink Indeed, not to say Eth wont need to deal with that sooner than later because it will, no doubt some team somewhere is already on it.
just think its funny that a bunch of bad chains with junk on them came running to claim being the first PEVM one, only to flex at Eth
@SuperOrangeCat1 @stonksycollins Absolutely they did, followed by their groceries and whatever else they couldn't afford already.
2025 is going to hurt. I say a year from now because the FED will juice the elections first, as is tradition.
@llamaonthebrink The Block Wars were legit over a scaling and community problem to be worked out.
PEVM reeks of typical "better/cooler than Eth" narrative bullshit from the outset so the founders and "investors" make more out of the never ending rotation between these clownchains.
@simontran @laque_tess ICE do lose efficiency eventually as the engine gets worn out, piston rings go bad, etc. But a well maintained newer engine should last 100s thousands of miles without any big issue with that until deep late in life.
A brand new EV gets cut down by half when its sort of cold..
@laque_tess Any car that requires you to jump through 2 menu screens to turn on your wipers should be scrapped and any similar practices outlawed.
Same as appliances too:
Fuck off with your janky touch interfaces, we want buttons back.
@Scottbrandonr@ycvzmgnsg9 @stowage_jack Dude, a lot of what SpaceX uses is from NASA originally so get off it lol
Self-landers and similar hover-flight of rockets are also nothing new and something NASA, again, experimented with years ago.
NASA also had a different focus after the Shuttle program.
