Mike Dean Athletics 2025 CG Kobi Cooper is a very solid sleeper in NW Georgia. He averaged 19 points per game this weekend. Has great size and length in the backcourt and can impact a game making plays and on the other side as a defender.

Franklin Almonte has been named the 2023-24 SSAC Defensive Player of the Year! Almonte led the SSAC in total blocks and blocks per game this season. Franklin is the 3rd SSAC Defensive Player of the Year in Dalton State history.

Tied at half but they turned it up in the 3rd and we did not answer.

The team took a loss tonight in our region tournament semi-finals. 47-50 to Cartersville. It was a war and both teams played with great effort. Credit goes to Cartersville for making tough plays down the stretch.
