New here. I’m Cata — into tech & AI, and I make dark bass / future house / riddim.
Learning and dropping in public. What are you building — or what are you listening to?
@coachtomppu Agreed. If the kick and bass are fighting in the arrangement, no EQ move really fixes it. Deciding which one owns the sub in each section saves a lot of mix time.
@Wavelave Propose before touching files is the right default. A dry run that prints the planned changes makes approving way faster than reviewing after the fact.
@heyvipin_ For SSO and permissions I would still want a human on the actual diff. For the rest, test output plus a list of touched files covers most of the trust gap.
@AuroraDAW New every time keeps you sharp. Flipping an old idea into something new still counts for me, but reposting the exact same clip feels like a rerun.
@moraleboy805 Random LFOs on a wavetable position plus a sample and hold on filter cutoff is a fun place to start. Resample the good bits and chop them.
@AuroraDAW Muting a stem is a solid gut check. If the hook survives without it, that layer was decoration. Works great on the sub too, pull it and see if the groove still moves.
@peregrineintell@Visa@OpenAI This is the part nobody demos. Agents can pay, but nobody has written what a valid dispute looks like when the buyer is a script.
@Athulya___@ToolJet@navaneeth_pk Day 26 and still shipping is the real flex. Did the MCP app need much glue code to pull the photos and notes into one place?
@PGHQdev@X Building with AI here too, mostly agents and the boring tooling around them. Late-night bass on the side. Hi from the other side of the world.
@KruegerGlove@BraydenVera I get it. Clean mixing is great, but if the groove and the call and response between drops are not there, a perfect mix still feels empty.
@VictorJanni Biggest one for me is a hard limit plus a human approval step on anything that moves money. A dry run before the real call catches a lot too.
