@bendashper Plus not everyone has access to a "Lidl or Aldi" without a car or efficient public transport. Time is money & when working stressful hours it is hard to cook for yourself. There's also the worry of replenishing food supply. That's why I encourage frozen & canned veg/fruit.

Demi had an eating disorder and was a hard drug user when the first picture was taken. The second may be healthier, looks aren't everything.
