Just asked Victor Wembanyama if he’d ever consider promoting a sports betting company.
“Absolutely not. I will never do that. Honestly, I think it's very sad to see some players promote it. …Everybody does whatever they want, but without me.”
I hate it, and it’s still funny to talk about Scheyer not getting it done when it matters, but he is killing it at acquiring talent. Pretty much already set up to have another loaded team in 2027 and the 2026 season hasn’t even started. That’ll be 4 straight years of elite talent
My brethren. You did a top guards list with both Kentucky guards in the top 35, then a top bigs list with both bigs in the top 15. Milan would also be in the top 10 for wings. How is that team 9th in their conference? I’ve got that most overrated team tweet in the back pocket.
Rick Pitino on the fifth-year eligibility chaos 👀
"Look, we're all in the NCAA. When you talk about NCAA, that's us... All they had to do is tell us what they're gonna do in November, and none of this would've happened. But they did it early on. Why, I don't know. I think it was a calculated mistake on their part. But we're part of the NCAA, so we've gotta live with it"
Ousmane N’Diaye has been turning heads this offseason, but is the hype justified?
What can we really expect from the 22-year-old freshman?

Love this. I agree with the fans who have the opinion Kentucky should always have a top 5, slam dunk roster. But I do think this team could be a lot better than people think. Much more similar to Pope’s first Kentucky team.
@BlugrassBall@UncleRollie_ My SEC preview is due for a few days, but I have UK as a potential T15 squad. This team is much better than they have been given credit for. The acquired pieces fit the philosophy of how Coach Fueger likes to play. Only thing UK is very bad at now is navigating through INT market
Well that would be something. Another player said something about him this week, I think Wilkins. Both quotes weren’t just saying he’s been good, but that he’s been great. Would be a complete game changer for Kentucky.
The year of technicalities
Denzel Aberdeen joined the portal just in case, and now he is fine.
Kentucky loses the first-team All-SEC player because he didn’t join the portal when he had no eligibility left at the time.
College sports doesn’t make sense, nor does the SEC.
“The jump he’s made has been really exciting for us to see.”
Mark Pope on Malachi Moreno’s development.
Kentucky has spent time working on actions where the five man acts as a creator, both in 5-out sets and in the short roll, with Moreno playmaking for others.
I’m not making excuses for Kentucky but a lot of the struggles for men’s basketball over the last decade have been due to the abundance of injuries.
Just brutal.
