Everyone's deploying AI agents. Almost nobody can prove what their agent actually did.
@catbonar spent 20 years in FDA-regulated healthcare before crypto. Patented a medical device. Went through Medicare and the FDA.
Her take: AI without blockchain is the new wild west.
"It's your word against your agent."

On a panel at Boston Blockchain Week this week , Navigating a New Era of Digital Asset Regulation, Public Policy & Compliance.
The line I'd repeat: regulatory clarity doesn't kill innovation and it doesn't bless it. It sorts it.
It separates who built for a world with rules from who bet the rules would never come.

Hosted a private reception at Boston Blockchain Week last night.
One table, thirty people, no stage and no decks. Builders, investors, and a few people from the regulatory side.
The conversation kept coming back to the same thing: most blockchain projects don't die in development. They die in procurement.
Thanks to @BostonBlockchain and @QubicLabs.

Boston Blockchain Week starts today. Our CEO @catbonar is on the stage at the Marriott Boston Quincy, September 8-10, talking about why blockchain infrastructure and compliance belong together, not in separate silos. Block Reign is a sponsor and excited to connect! @blockchainwk
Decisions written to a blockchain are permanent in a way most software isn't.
You don't get to quietly patch your governance later.
Ship right, then ship fast.
Real question for builders:
which real world problems is decentralization genuinely better at solving and which is it honestly worse at?
The honest answer includes a lot of "worse."
That's where credibility starts.
Assume the rules will change. Build something that bends when the environment shifts instead of shattering. Governance isn't paperwork. It's survival infrastructure.
Most Web3 projects fail at governance for the same reasons. Not because it's hard because they treat it as a formality instead of an architecture.
What I learned building compliance programs in regulated industries: π§΅
The next wave of blockchain adoption won't come from DeFi. It'll come from regulated industries with expensive problems nobody's solved. Healthcare is first in line.
