BREAKING: White House is reportedly preparing an executive order to eliminate the Department of Education in America.
Education No longer matters.
The dumber you are the easier it is to brainwash you.
Unhealed trauma can have you excusing, ignoring or downplaying disrespect and mistreatment because you've 'survived worse'. Just because you can take it, doesn't mean you have to tolerate it. You deserve to be treated with love, kindness, and respect – always.
Focus on you. You’ve done enough for the ungrateful. When it's about your life, it's time to be selfish. Make decisions today that will make your future self proud: A calm mind, a fit body, and a house full of love. You deserve it all. Don't feel guilty and accept the blessings.
One of the main reasons I stay away from people is because a lot of people do fucked up shit and they don’t think they are. They think it’s normal. So I end up looking like a crazy mf cause I have a problem with the shit
Breakups are okay. Starting over is okay. Quitting your job is okay. Cutting people off is okay. Being alone is okay. What is not okay, is staying somewhere where you are not happy, valued or appreciated, that is not okay. Do something about it and be happy. For yourself.
I’m starting to pay attention to people more because everyone has demons, but some of you are definitely being led by them.

7 Dysfunctional Emotional Communication Styles:
1. Emotional invalidation: attempting to get someone to believe their emotions are the issue instead of the actual problem or conflict at hand. This can look like saying “You’re too dramatic,” “you’re too sensitive,” or “you just need to get over it or move on” whenever emotions are expressed.
2. Projection: a defense mechanism of attributing undesired traits or actions in oneself to someone else. This can look like making accusations such as “You’re probably the one lying” in response to a stated concern.
3. Scorekeeping: a control dynamic where two people avoid addressing conflict by bringing up a past conflict or wrongdoing to “one up” the other. This can look like bringing up a past issue in response to a current concern.
4. Name calling/shaming: using insults as a way to control or modify others’ behavior. This can look like using derogatory language or mean-spirited comments or “jokes.”
5. Silent treatment: shutting down, withdrawing, or pretending a person isn’t present as a way of avoiding issues or displaying disapproval. This can look like completely ignoring someone by not speaking to them or not responding when being spoken to.
6. Avoidance: Denying, ignoring or “sweeping issues under the rug.” This can look like refusing to take ownership over one’s behaviors often by refusing to admit or lying about one’s actions, refusing to talk about problems or issues, or ignoring the reality of the problems or issues entirely.
7. Deflection: consistently changing the subject to redirect blame toward another (externalization) and avoid personal responsibility. This can look like blaming someone for being the cause of their verbal, emotional, or physical abuse by saying things like “If you didn’t X, I wouldn’t have Y.”
"Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one."
