@SukritGanesh @RM_Transit I would challenge the idea that elevated is billions cheaper. The estimates I've seen are $7.2B for Eau Claire to Shepard and the city's estimate of $7.5B for elevated 7 Ave to Shepard...ONE LESS STATION for more money. No matter how you slice it, it's not $1b less as promised.
