@brightblueorb@artificialnix They’re referring to a specific phenomena that happens with bi people who feel that if they’re in a hetero-presenting relationship they need to overcompensate for not seeming “queer enough”. It’s a larger issue with society and perception, but it can lead to partner bashing.
@assignedbrave@artificialnix I'm just not into referring to humans as 'the straights' or 'the bi's or 'the gays.' We are more than who we love & it's not up to me to define humans by sexual orientation alone. That's just me.
@assignedbrave@artificialnix Love a gatekeeping queer who thinks they are better than other sexual orientations. Also, I am queer/bi who has an awesome male partner so I can laugh in your face & call this BS out.
@artificialnix What does bisexuality have to do with this? Anyone complaining extensively about their partner without doing something to change the situation is in the wrong. why tack on bisexuals?? shit just stinks of biphobia.
