Love that the day after I pay my increased @FidoSolutions bill after they removed my promo rate, there is no internet and their chat isn’t working 🤣 $20 more a month for…literally no service.

@AmazonHelp Seems odd to not honour short-term changes to your own prices and tell customers to return their items and reorder at your lower price, which involves shipping identical items back and forth, including twice at your own cost since I have Prime. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Always nice when @amazon lowers the price of something by 20% days after you bought it and refuses to refund the difference. Then customer service tells you to reorder and return your original item to pay the lower price but they want you to pay return shipping. Garbage policy.

Pretty bullshit that @TimHortons gave me points instead of a refund for an order they never provided and then took away the points cuz they apparently expired. Congrats on getting the $3 out of me for nothing, I now know to not buy anything there in the future.

despite the fact that the expiry date was supposed to be extended. @WestJet has had $1600 of my money for almost THREE YEARS and has not yet flown me anywhere and now I can’t even book a flight because my money is gone? And of course it’s impossible to reach them. This is absurd.

So first @WestJet refused to issue a full refund for my 2020 COVID-cancelled flight because their team told me to cancel my own (flex) flight to get my refund, which WestJet then said meant I was ineligible for a refund. Now my Travel Bank credits have gone missing…
