Everyone is waiting for the housing market to collapse so they can buy a "cheap" house, but they also want to:

→ Keep their job
→ Get a home loan
→ Get wage increases
→ Not see their superannuation crash
→ Keep their standard of living (or improve it)

Unfortunately, it's one or the other. The other solution is to learn about the Real Estate cycle, then invest through the cycle.

Bitcoin and altcoins will surge if 3.7% is broken. Otherwise, it’s a Bitcoin and ETH only show, or the bearish case is the low is in for USDT.D.

There’s no reason to say the cycle is over yet according to liquidity.
