Doesn’t have to do with not taking in homeless. But first off, those homeless have to want to be taken in, just as those of us who are deprave (which is all of us) have to want to repent and turn from that and all Christ to save us. MANY really most, will not… and while that grieves the Father, He will allow it.
But this is more about fraud, and accepting and looking the other way at criminal behavior.

About 250 people get struck by lightening each year.
