@SNHWx Hey, ive been following you for a while and I trust your aurora knowledge/info. I caught aurora in New Mexico last night on trash data. Not sure how or why and I would be curious about your thoughtS. I put an explanation and details on my IG story.

@brynnalisephoto Gm Brynn! Headed here today!

[Andy Jones | CatchingSolitude @catchngsolitude]

@SNHWx @Wicky_dubs_WX I also should’ve screenshot the data points for that time because I looked. I remember some but not all. But it basically gave me a bare minimum reference as to what I need to be able to catch bottom of the barrel aurora😂

[Andy Jones | CatchingSolitude @catchngsolitude]

@SNHWx @Wicky_dubs_WX 👋🏻👋🏻I should’ve shown the full pics. There’s about 90sec btwn these 2 frames. And this pink/purple/magenta pillar shifts. The rest of the ambient sky colors stayed the same except in this tiny part of the frame. And I was in almost bortle 1 skies. Video doesn’t do it Justice😂

@Wicky_dubs_WX Back in March at 32°N in southern NM. Shortly after that I found your account😂😂 now any time there’s aurora news I come here to check👍👍

[Andy Jones | CatchingSolitude @catchngsolitude]

@spacewxwatch Is this prediction for Sunday into Monday? Or Sunday into Monday and Monday into Tuesday? Just clarifying…👍👍

[Andy Jones | CatchingSolitude @catchngsolitude]

@NightLights_AM I was just commenting to a friend. Solar maximum+ better forecasting+ better news/reach/things spread fast=people witnessing and documenting events like this more frequently.

Last weeks G4 storm pushing #northernlights to southern #newmexico(32.5 ‘N) not as impressive as higher latitudes but still very remarkable! Light pollution off to the right is Roswell NM. @TamithaSkov @NightLights_AM #Aurora @weatherchannel #nmwx @505Nomad @NewMexico
