@rblbank another attempt today for otp based transactions and @rblbank gives damn about it. Same scammers who did fraud transactions earlier. Just cause my card is blocked I am safe. Now u claim I am trying to do this on a black card. U made me pay for the fraud transactions.

@rblbank is a scammer bank.The investigation you have done is incorrect. You guys know it very well I have been scammed and the worse part is scam is done by ur bank. This is how your bank makes money out of innocent and hard earning people.

@rblbank @rblbank I have already sent a complaint to this email id. There is no response. I am suffering from being a loyal customer. @RBI plz look into this.They have internal people who share customer information with scammers.Once the customer is scammed they do not help.

@rblbank Your representative @rblbank who called was rude and said the same thing. Was blunt and told me U gave opt so u need to pay. @RBI . I explained and asked for further investigation. Now I am sure @rblbank you guys have insiders sharing customers information with scammers.

I have reported a fraud transaction which happened on 2 Apr where my ATM debit card was used to withdraw 9k while I was at work and my debit card was with me. Dispute was raised with SR740308153. It's more than a month no help received.
