@Pimsleur this is maddening. I’ve had to constantly follow up because CS doesn’t. Or they’ll reply once and then drop the ball. Two weeks ago I asked to speak to a supervisor, told I was to get a “call back” and nothing still. Took money and no subscription. Is this service?!
@Pimsleur I purchased a gift all-access subscription for myself (needed to do this way for my company’s purchase deadline for learning stipend) in January. The code I was sent doesn’t work. I’ve contacted y’all about this over 9 times in the last 3 months, via email, chat, & call
And I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge the dedicated cast and crew that give us a family to root for each week. @tylerhoechlin and @BitsieTulloch are divine chemistry onscreen, and the entire cast deserves recognition. This is storytelling done well. @cwsupermanlois

@mospicybutter@united@PeteButtigieg Completely. I asked if I’d at least get reimbursed for the extra night stay. The supervisor, who I was on hold for an hour to speak to only for her to tell me “sorry, can’t help you,” told me I could “try to submit for reimbursement but good luck.” Now also have wrong seat. 🤬
Not flying @united again. Getting to destination: nearly 1 hour delay; 7 mins to get to connecting — I had to run the entire way.
Return flight canceled. Stuck a full day.
Second return flight delayed by almost 1 full hour; still sitting on runway, might miss my connecting. 🤬
I can see that my item is being used. Literally two agents at the desk didn’t even look to see if my item had been turned in, just waved me off. Is this the kind of service and honesty @staralliance members can expect, people stealing our items?
@TurkishAirlines zero help on phone or in person. Lost my AirPods at Istanbul arrival Sunday, can see in FindMy they’re in the TA arrival office and being used. Agent at desk waved me off when I drove 1hr back to get them. Call center says to leave feedback. Employee stole them!
