@O2 very disappointed with the customer service. I have been without a phone for 4 weeks now and I am no closer to solving my issue. I wanted to go to another network because o2 are expensive. I have paid off my phone but now cannot use it as o2 will not give me the correct codes
@YourSSE I haven't had internet for a week now. I was sent a message saying the problem was sorted but still no luck. I have carried out a hard reset which has made no difference. Now been stuck on hold for an hour trying to speak to an advisor!
