D DAY 80 - Catcott remembers
Inspired by the Standing with giants installation in Normandy, we created our own giants memorial to recognise the local men who gave their lives.
We will remember them.
Interesting afternoon at the Bridgwater Barrier archaeological dig @EnvAgencySW@kierconstruct@oatweet, with my little helper! She was hoping for Roman finds, but instead we saw plenty of Victorian Bridgwater history. @CatcottPrimary Roman archaeology promised next time ๐
Friday was Explorers Day for Year 4 and donโt they all look fantastic! They had worked incredibly hard for their homework to research a chosen explorer and then came to school dressed as them! They then completed lots of exciting tasks linked to their class Story โBrightstormโ.

Home schooling day 1 done, (#hardwork) thanks to a flexible employer @EnvAgencySW . We started the day by learning about rainbows and drew this for our 94 year old neighbour and stuck it on his window. We got a big smile๐ and a thumbs up @CatcottPrimary#Kindness
The body coach Joe Wicks has announced that heโll be doing live PE sessions on his YouTube channel starting on Monday at 9am. This is a great way for this children that are house bound to stay active!
