@VerizonSupport I get that I can check for updates, which is why I know the time you plan for it to be fixed is 11:30, but the whole point is I need it to work remotely which means a whole day is being missed and the best you can do is credit me $4.33
@verizonfios is down since last night, says won't be up until 11:30pm (maybe). I tell them we need the internet to work remotely and the best they can do it credit me $4.33 for no cable and internet. For the amount of money and the years I've been a customer..$4.33?!
