She’s the first cat I adopted too and I’d picked her up less than 24 hours after seeing her online so I had practically nothing for her (it wasn’t an impulse decision getting a cat, I just wasn’t expecting it to be THEN lol) so I was quite stressed lol

@caityfh @feminterrupted When I adopted my cat, I ordered an Uber for pick up from the shelter…dude picked me up then got annoyed that I had a cat in a carrier with me. We don’t have Uber Pet here, but he told me to use that next time. Not sure what he expected, picking me up from an animal shelter…

excuse me while Fourth Wing becomes my entire personality. I missed the huge hype for this book a few months ago (I always get disappointed with hugely hyped books AND I’m not a massive fantasy girlie) but 170 pages in and I get it. I absolutely get it. I’m obsessed.

@blackgirlinmain Honestly, I think an ice cream date is a pretty nice idea, same as a coffee date or even possibly lunch. It’s low key and no pressure, which is what a first date should be??

@SaMindy4 How scary!! I’m very thankful my parents are so terrified of letting my girl out that they triple check she’s not around when they go in and out of the house (she’s indoor only and has never been outside. She would be too scared of the world outside to come back)

@ilovecamila97 @frontiertouring @Ticketek_AU Like honestly. It was a frustrating system and one that was completely unfair. I didn’t get tickets simply because their system froze and then kicked me out with a minute to go? That’s not fair. And there are people going to multiple shows.

@frontiertouring @Ticketek_AU i got in twice - the first time it froze on me with the countdown still going so I couldn't do anything and it kicked me out, and the second time it kicked me out with a minute to go (i was keeping an eye on the timer)

@crits4cats Awww yay! I’m so relieved. Her story made me cry so I’m really happy she found a new home. I can’t BELIEVE people can be so mean. She was just scared and confused, the poor baby

@crits4cats took her 3 months to jump on anything and 4 months to crawl into my lap. Now she’s super attached to me and sleeps with me, but she’s still super timid (which I really wasn’t expecting) and other people make her nervous. She’s such a sweetie with me though 🤷🏼‍♀️ cats are sensitive

@crits4cats Oh the poor little baby. I adopted my girl in April last year, set her up in the laundry with toys, her blanket, food, water, litter tray and everything. She shoved herself behind my water heater for the first 4 days the under my bed for the next 2 weeks
