@HMRCcustomers No I am afraid that doesn’t answer my question. The guidance you sent only says “you’re buying with a mortgage”. If HMRC cannot answer this question, who can ? These are HMRC rules, not rules made up by the provider (Hargreaves Lansdowne) who also don’t know answer!!
