So sorry we can’t join the latest @CycleTourFest but will be feeling the vibes from afar. Celebrated CTF with our water bottles & t-shirt on recent ride in #Eryri#Snowdonia. Have fun! #cycling#cycletouring
SO thrilled that @Foyles has re-opened in Waterloo today. (Usborne bks are great but hope you’ll ring the changes & try some children’s titles from @bsmallpub too.) Good luck with the fresh new look. Sorry abt fuzzy pic. @bouncemarketing#Bookshops#ChildrensBooks
‘This book shows that being different is completely natural because … it’s all just science.’ Divided into three sections #AllBodiesAreWonderful explores the scientific facts, the social context & how to take action. A colourful celebration of our amazing bodies from @bsmallpub

In 1993, we didn’t have one site to our name. Today, we manage six huts on the Antarctic Peninsula. Which one is your favourite? 🤔

2. Damoy Hut ✈️🧊
3. Detaille Island Hut 🥶🕰️
4. Horshoe Island Hut 🔬📍
5. Stonington Island Hut 🐶🛷
6. Wordie House ⛈️🗼🇦🇶
Got an article in The Scotsman today about my recently published memoir To This Northern Shore and my forthcoming appearance at Fringe by the Sea Festival on 9 August.
Continuing the world's best mat leave... definitely found my tribe in this part of the world, with both a baby outdoor swimming group (parents not babies swimming, usually) and a baby fell walking group 👌
Thanks so much to the wonderful, inclusive @HornimanMuseum for the Crossing Borders event today. Thoroughly enjoyed singing with Soundmix in their last performance: 15 years bringing music to young refugees & asylum-seekers.
Agree with all your points altho longer trips take more time even with night trains. So far have managed 18 months no flying, interesting trains eg Lon to S Italy & N Spain. Question: what made you give up? Long haul flight?
