I’m literally at the end of my rag with @evridelivery not being contactable. @ASOS @ASOS_UK PLEASE use a different delivery service. 3 days later after a next day order they’re telling me I’m not home when I’m sat in my flat!???

Honestly why is @evridelivery @DeliveryEvri the WORST delivery service. Get your couriers to do a proper job so people actually receive their items. Paid for next day delivery for a reason, 3 days later still not arrived because the deliverers don’t follow instructions or knock

@ASOS_UK why do you insist on using Evri?! Paid for a next day order, someone ‘attempted’ to deliver my parcel but ‘apparently’ nobody was in. Not me with no social life who was actually home when it was ‘missed’ yet NOBODY knocked or rang the buzzer
