@BraemarMRT On Saturday, my family and I are walking 18miles over 5 munroes to raise funds for Braemar mountain rescue after having to use your services 6 weeks ago at Tarland 2. We have raised over £500 so far. We just wanted to do something to say thanks.

@TALKINGBAWZ @PoliceScotland Out of interest, what is the opposite of a choke hold. And if there was no choke hold why are family members alleging that it was. You only 'tap out' when performing ju-jitsu/ wrestling style holds. That's where the phrase 'tap out' comes from.

@BraemarMRT @TarlandTrails He's OK, a bit battered and bruised. No sports for several weeks and we need to keep an eye on him for 48-72 hours in case any chest / lung issues develop. Very lucky really to 'just' break his collar bone.
