@flyscoot Does the "free one time date change" apply to a return flight if you've already flown the first leg to your destination? I want a flexible ticket and it's unclear on the website.

@arsheffey I am so sorry to read this. I'm a suicide survivor too, a term which as really helped me to be able to talk about it openly. And saying died by suicide detaches from the self and acknowledges more external difficulties that arose. Thank you for bringing light to this term too.X

@British_Airways Thanks but no it's not. Whilst I understand BA is probably trying to hold onto all the money it can in these "difficult times" it is a major business. I am not and I need my money.

@britishairways refusing to refund my flight vouchers. It's not OK ..that's my money to get home to see my family. I've already waited 2 years for flights to start. And now you say not until October 2022. 30,000 Baht is not pocket money. I should have got a refund. Not happy.

@British_Airways @kapetakapeta It's for route BKK-LHR. BA keep delaying opening this route. 27000baht is not my pocket money for you to invest.
I don't have "understanding", this is incredibly poor service.

At the time, I understand things were unknown, but it's a lot of money that I don't have that you're sitting on and gaining interest. And BA doesn't provide a flight. Is there a codeshare airline I can use my voucher with please?

@British_Airways Do you have a partner airline I can use my Future Flight Voucher with for route BKK-LHR as you keep delaying the restart of that route. I need to travel home in 2 months and you're sitting on 30k THB that I need for that flight.
