@BookSpotlight I hate it. Especially when they do the "to get you to the right agent, tell me your concern..." and they try to fix it without a person. I've resorted to loud profanity. Apparently some systems detect anger by word or volume and will transfer you quicker

@BookSpotlight It's usually high cortisol. If you're stressed during the day, your system is already heightened. Between 2-4, our cortisol naturally rises to wake us up but if your systen is already heightened, it can wake you up.
Had it myself and had to add time to release stress during day

Congrats! Some books are harder to crack but I'm sure it will be worth it!

But that's not a very good release plan. Should be staggered out.

@JamieAdStories I use ebooks a lot. It's actually my way to determine between 4 and 5 stars. If I need a physical copy after reading, it's a 5 star. If I'm okay just reteading the ebook, 4 star

@Wolfofsteele @TerryTyler4 I use trigger warnings, but keep them vague as I can. And I focus on what they were originally meant for: helping people who may have a legit psychiatric emergency when exposed to something without warning. That's very different than "I don't like this thing"

@_PinkSkyz_ @barb_avon Some of these elements I can see. The whole list? That gets a bit ridiculous. Especially the mental/emotional problems bit. That's how most characters evolve. Problem with being assertive--thrust in situation where they have to be. Trying to cope with a parent's death, etc.
